Registration Process

All Paperwork and Payments are due June 1st, 2020.

Step One:

Complete Inquiry Form

Two Options:

  • Complete all fields via Adobe Reader PDF

  • Print, fill-out with pen, and scan

Submit Inquiry Form

Email completed

Step Two:

Complete Registration Form

You will receive a confirmation email after submitting the Inquiry Form. This email will include the Registration Form.

Step Three:

Complete Payment

After you receive a confirmation email stating your Registration Packet has been received, please complete the payment.
