Backup Coyote House Care Partner

We are seeking to fill a dynamic and active backup Care Partner position to work an overnight 18-24hr shift, with opportunities for additional hours, and the opportunity to fulfill additional roles at Tierra Village. The mission of Coyote House Adult Family Home at Tierra Village is to provide a collaborative living environment in which adults with diverse abilities are partners in sustaining a healthy and balanced life. Care Partner, formerly known as Care Provider, reflects Tierra's belief that great care stems from a two-way partnership in which both parties can grow.

Currently, our 5 residents are an active group with a focus on the outdoors. Additionally, they participate in horseback riding, hiking, swimming, and are receiving Employment Services. Some residents are employed or seeking employment. We are constantly on the go in our Leavenworth and Wenatchee communities and love to be busy!

The backup Care Partner will collaboratively provide a safe, caring, engaging home environment, for our residents as well as actively support involvement in on and off-site community activities., as our phases permit. This position will oversee the planning, scheduling, and preparation of nutritious, fresh, nutritious meals & snacks. Participate and oversee housekeeping to ensure our home is clean and well maintained.

Shift example is 3 PM to 9 AM, or 9 AM to 9 AM. $269.00 per18hr shift, or $309.00 24hr shift, plus $18.00hr for hours worked in addition to shift. Must possess a valid driver’s license and successfully pass DSHS background requirements and driving record. Direct Dare Staff are now required to be fully vaccinated.  If desired, additional shifts are possible.
